Even though this is the only way getting to your Lodge, the 6-hour drive there is considered to be a complete full day excursion, driving through dozens of different landscapes and arriving in a place of well-being, adventure, disconnect and love and respect of the environment.
The setting offered by the fjords and Queulat National Park are sublime, while the extraordinary botanical variation, the summits and snowdrifts are terrific.
Navigate the quiet waters using sea kayaks, through channels and between islands, looking out for bird colonies and marine mammals like sea lions and bottlenose dolphins, or walk through semi-magical, fairy-tale like forests with lichens, fungi, mosses, ferns and flowers, before taking in spectacular views of the area, where the glaciers and lakes are the protagonists.
Back at the lodge, you can enjoy the thermal waters and complete spa offering of relaxing massages and thalassotherapy sessions to unwind after a day full of excursions and impressions. Refined gastronomy with regional, fresh seafood and vegetables from our own greenhouse, along with a selection of fine Chilean wines, round off the day’s experience. The gastronomy in is defined as a fusion of flavors that mix typical Patagonian and Chilean preparations with Mediterranean cooking, renowned for its fine preparations with fresh products extracted from the Patagonian fjords, like king crab, salmon, southern hake, and king clip (congrio), and by its lamb reared in the neighboring meadows.
With the aim of optimizing supply logistics, the exquisite and delicate daily menus are made up of two alternatives that include starter, main course and dessert, where products, flavors, textures and colors are combined, and all this accompanied by a fine selection of Chilean wines.
We grow vegetables and herbs in our own greenhouse, and we use local products like rosehip, redcurrant, nalca, rhubarb, calafate, and cherries
