WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
Loving Argentina
Day 1 | Welcome to Argentina
Your private guide will be at Ezeiza International Airport ready to give you a kind welcome to Buenos Aires, helping you to familiarize with Argentina and answering any question you might have about your trip plan.
After a private ride of one hour approximately, you will be arriving at ESTANCIA LA BANDADA.
Enjoy the privacy of a colonial style boutique hotel in the heart of Argentina Countryside, a 250 acres fully working farm less than one hour from the International Airport
Help yourself with some wine, local cuisine and relax before you take your bags again to continue your trip.
Lagoons, ponds and streams across the area are home to many birds and animals that give life to this exclusive spot.
Built by its original owner back in the 70’s, it keeps the style of typical colonial architecture of the 19th century, painted in reddish colors. A paved patio introduces the road to the main entrance of the house.
A long and wide windowed corridor links the entrance door, with the rooms, and at the end it opens to a very spacious living room and dining room, with fireplaces and furnished with detail and care.
Big windows overview the park and the pool, and are connected with a large gallery with columns, full of climbing jasmines of nice smell.
The house is surrounded by a park of 10 acres, full of a variety of very old trees, including centenarian platanus, oak trees, acacias, pines, Chilean myrtles, laurels, and casuarinas. It is very pleasant to go for a walk around the park, visit the orchard, the hen houses, the goats, the horses and other farm animals.
Your stay includes the meals created by the chef Mariana Dacruz, who has worked all around the world before arriving to La Bandada. With vast experience in Patagonia and abroad, she is the spirit of the kitchen at the estancia.
All dishes include seasonal vegetables from the orchard, which can actually be collected by yourself!
Everyone knows Argentinian meat is one of the best in the world and it is not an exception at La Bandada!
The best pieces of meat are chosen to be part of our asados (Argentina barbecue), made by typical local techniques.
Please advise on any dietary requirements or restrictions at the time of booking.
