Matias was born and raised in Buenos Aires, so he is a true Porteño.

He studied Hospitality Management in Buenos Aires, worked abroad for some time, and has been in the industry for more than 20 years now.

He has co-founded Designer Trips Argentina with Lucas in the year 2011, and he is currently living in Valencia, Spain, as he decided to follow one of his dreams during the Pandemic, and live in Europe for a while.

Another of his passions are Food & Wine, so he is always very enthusiastic about designing amazing travel experiences that involve Gastronomy.

He loves traveling to less touristic cities, where he doesn´t know anyone, and get lost walking around without any map or references.

Hello, I’m Lucas, one of the founders of Designer Trips. I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, and I studied a degree in tourism. 

I discovered my passion for this industry when I did an internship in Patagonia, where I could help and meet travelers from all over the world who were interested in discovering these lands at the end of the world. Meeting people and different cultures enriches us and allows us to better understand the world we live in. 

I really like history, general culture, I’m a fan of Patagonia, outdoor activities, photography, and football, of course! For the past 13 years, I have been happy to lead this wonderful project with Matias, which allows us to bring all our passions together in one place.

I am passionate about what I do, I love anything that is numbers. I feel that I can add all my years of experience to the group and the group brings a lot of energy to me. I take care of the administrative/accounting/financial side of Designer.
My hobbies include living with nature, I love the summer, I love music and I enjoy getting together with friends.

I have been working in Incoming Tourism for 20 years and I have the joy of being part of the Designer Team in the Operations Sector. From our position we help our passengers’ trips to be fulfilled as planned as well as completing the information and documentation of the trip being the link between our sales staff and the operators.

I really enjoy travelling, getting to know new places and experiencing the local flavours, culture and music. In my spare time I enjoy running in the city parks and I am a passionate tennis player.

I’m Tatiana. I’ve been working in the administration area for 4 years, I’m in charge of managing payments to suppliers, keeping current accounts up to date and organizing the invoicing process. Outside the work environment, I enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Hello, I’m Mariana, Sales Manager at Designer Trips. I coordinate the team of travel designers and, along with the entire team, we pay close attention to every detail to first design the trip that passengers desire and then to ensure that everything goes smoothly. 

I studied and graduated in Tourism 18 years ago, the same years that I’ve been working in this activity that I’m so passionate about. Whenever I can, I explore every corner of the city and our country, which delights us with its natural and cultural riches.

My name is Santiago, I am 26 years old and I graduated in Tourism in 2020 at the University of Morón.

I joined the Designer team as Product and Rates Coordinator, and since then I really enjoy the tasks I do and the teamwork.

I’m a Velez fan (football team in Argentina), I play Rugby and I'm very passionate about travel and everything related to Tourism.

I’m part of the Operations team and have been working in tourism for the past three years. I’m passionate about sharing the natural and cultural beauty of Argentina. What excites me most is helping create lasting memories and learning every day — there’s always something new to discover!

Hello, my name is Guadalupe Damonte, and I am studying a degree in Tourism.

I joined Designer Trips as an internship from the University of Morón and I am currently working in the Operations department. I would say that what I like the most about working in Tourism is being able, among all of us, to make every tourist have an unforgettable experience in our beautiful country, creating unique moments and providing them with the best possible
services.

Besides work, when I have free time I like to disconnect a bit from technology and social networks, I try to do things like cooking, walking or studying.
